We’re putting some flavor on this one! Our New Orleans getaway is coming together with music, food, culture, and the energy of festival weekend—and we’re still not finished.

Can you plan a trip for my organization?

We coordinate custom group travel for individuals and organizations across Kentucky and surrounding regions. Contact Jaharvas Napier to discuss your destination, group, and travel plans.

Where do your trips depart from?

Pickup locations depend on the trip. Our New Orleans plans include Lexington and Danville, Kentucky. Exact pickup addresses and departure times will be provided with the final itinerary.

What is included in a trip package?

Each trip has its own inclusions. Review the final trip announcement for transportation, hotel accommodations, activities, meals, and items that are at your own expense.

Can I travel with friends or family?

Yes! Group travel is a wonderful way to share a getaway. Room occupancy options and availability will be listed with each trip’s package details.

Are ESSENCE Festival tickets included?

Festival activities and ticket arrangements for the 2027 New Orleans trip are still being finalized. A premium festival weekend experience is in the works for Friday or Saturday. Any included tickets will be clearly identified in the final package.

How do I reserve a spot?

Reservation details, deposit amounts, payment deadlines, and cancellation terms will be provided when a trip opens for booking.
